- Development of the concept of the State company "Russian Highways“ strategy (Rosavtodor)
- Consulting Moscow DoT – analytical support for transport policy and activities
- Audit and consulting governmental transportation policy, strategy creating, improving of the transport legislation
- Assessment of transport programs of master plans efficiency at different levels (Federal, regional, local, municipal, corporate)
- Adaptation of the best world-wide solutions in the field of transport economics, policy and planning to Russian conditions
- Developing transportation strategies, master plans, transportation systems for regions, cities and metropolitan areas, agglomerations in the ramework of Sustainable Mobility and Livable City concepts using the best international research practices
- Research in the field of transport economics, policy; improving land / city-planning legislation and technical standards
